This iconic and award winning ladieswear retailer, famed for empowering women to look and feel confident for every occasion is recruiting a Senior Buyer to join their team.
As a Senior Buyer you will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be capable of working to tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who is customer focused and a logical thinker. You will have excellent communications skills that will transfer to team development.
You will manage a buying team to develop departmental product ranges that delivers the core values of this business. Ensuring current and future sales, margin and stock targets are met within budget.
The successful candidate will have extensive buying experience within ladieswear at Buyer or Senior Buyer level. Experience managing, coaching & developing a team. You will have a wide range of product knowledge. Sourcing experience which must include the Far East and excellent negotiation skills.
