A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join a successful non-profit organisation in a hybrid role of office management, IT 1st line support, and HR. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office by providing administration support to employees, managing office suppliers, making travel arrangements and preparing data for key meetings along with being the 1st point of contact for IT issues and implementing new HR policies.
We are looking for a dynamic candidate who has solid Office Management experience and is able to prioritise workload. The ideal candidate will be efficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as being a confident worker in a fast paced environment. Although the business has a HR team in place, candidates must have had experience to 1st line HR enquiries/policies and would be beneficial to have an understanding of current UK legislation.
