Our Client is the South East’s largest quality furniture store, based in the Hertfordshire/North London borders.
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Manager to head up and lead our professional and engaged furniture sales team. This role is all about organising, motivating and driving your team to outperform within a supportive environment of continuous development.
You will display all the values of a true leader, be a self-driven and capable people manager who is able to bring the best out of our team as well as being an effective communicator with a positive attitude with willingness to learn and improve.
