My client is looking for an organised customer service professional who can join this small but growing business and be an inspirational manager within their customer service department.
This role is the first of its sort within the business so will include day to day management of the team and customer engagement projects as well as the development of the function and processes.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and experienced in managing a customer service function, ideally within online fashion or retail. You must be confident, friendly and professional with a good understanding of customer service, and happy to partake in other ad hoc responsibilities when needed.
