Do you want to join a long standing, successful retail and help lead the customer service function?
My client is looking for an organised, personable customer service manager who can join this team of 9 and be an inspirational manager within their customer service department.
This role will include day-to-day management of the team as well as handling escalated enquiries, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders and spending time at their warehouse on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and experienced in both line management and handling customer escalations when necessary. You must be confident, friendly and professional with a good understanding of customer service, and happy to partake in other ad hoc responsibilities when needed. Candidates must come from a retail head office background, homewares and furniture experience would be preferable.
**Please note this role will require you to work 1 in 2 Saturday’s, each Saturday worked will get a day back in lieu.**
