A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Assistant to join a leading retail business in their call centre based in Rochdale.
This role is varied and will incorporate handling enquiries via phone and email, advising customers on orders, deliveries and resolving any issues throughout the process.
The ideal candidate for this role will be approachable, hard working and able to use their initiative in order to provide a high level of customer service. Candidates must have a high level of both written and verbal English for this role.
Candidates must be flexible to work various shifts across a 7 day week and have their own transport.
