A high profile position has come up at this leading high street retailer within their most dynamic category team as CRM & Loyalty Manager to lead on campaigns for their loyalty and email programme.
With the aim of refreshing their loyalty programme the CRM & Loyalty Manager will be accountable for the delivery of CRM strategy to a database of millions of customers. Developing an innovative CRM roadmap you will lead a small team to grow the database through customer life cycle strategies and retention programs across email, SMS, DM and social.
We are looking for someone who has 5+ years CRM Management experience within retail or consumer marketing with a strong background in loyalty and campaign management.
